Custom Legal Services Contracts

Contract Duration: 12 months.
The client can choose either of the two following custom bundles:

Bundle 1:
Contract Price: SR 60.000, with a monthly rate of SR 5.000.
Payment of Fees: On a monthly basis.
Services provided under the contract:

  • 100 oral consulting hours.
  •  Reviewing commercial contracts.
  • Drafting commercial contracts, subject to a maximum of four.
  •  Handling 4 cases not exceeding SR 40.000.

 

Bundle 2:
Contract Price: Depends on the client’s use of the services. No monthly fees.
Services provided under the contract:

  • 100 legal service hours (oral/written legal advice, attending meetings, attending negotiations, settlements & reconciliations).
    Hourly Rate: SR 60.
  •  Reviewing contracts.
    Service Rate: SR 400 per contract.
  •  Drafting contracts.
    Service Rate: SR 600 per contract.
  • Handling client cases at 6%.
